The security deposit for our pet-friendly apartments is equal to one month’s rent for qualified applicants. A $50 application fee applies per applicant.

OBLIGO is a third-party $0 security deposit alternative we offer. Instead of paying a traditional security deposit, you can choose to pay a small monthly fee through OBLIGO.

Absolutely! Saucon View offers spacious, pet-friendly apartments in Bethlehem, PA, welcoming both cats and dogs. Our prime location provides convenient access to local veterinary care, including Saucon Valley Animal Hospital, Wright Veterinary Medical Center, and Christmas City Veterinary Hospital. Plus, residents enjoy nearby walking trails at Saucon Rail Trail, Water Street Park in Hellertown, and Monocacy Park, perfect for outdoor adventures with your pet. Whether you’re exploring the neighborhood, spending time at our on-site bark park, or relaxing in your comfortable apartment, Saucon View offers an ideal pet-friendly community.

Pet Policy:

  • Cat Fee: $200 one-time fee, $30/month
  • Dog Fee: $350 one-time fee, $40/month
  • Limit of two pets per apartment
  • Breed restrictions apply

All residents and applicants must complete a PetScreening application, whether or not they own a pet. This platform ensures everyone understands our pet and animal policies.

Water and Sewer services are set up automatically and will be billed directly to and payable via the online Resident Portal. For all other services, residents are responsible for independent activation in advance of move-in: please contact PPL Electric for electric service and UGI for gas service. Internet and cable are also arranged by the resident directly through providers like Service Electric, Astound, or other providers.

In addition to your monthly rent, there are certain recurring and one-time fees associated with your lease. These may include utilities, pet fees, parking, and other community charges. For a full list of fees, click here to view our Fees Sheet.

Yes! Damage caused by a resident is usually the financial responsibility of that resident, not the property owner. To fulfill lease obligations and to protect liability risks, Saucon View residents are required to provide evidence of liability or property damage insurance at a minimum limit of $100,000. Residents may choose the insurance company and policy limits that are most appropriate for each situation, providing the minimum limit is satisfied. Please inform the insurance provider to have Saucon View listed on the policy as an “interested party.”

For the convenience of residents who do not have a specific insurance agent identified, we have arranged for a convenient, affordable insurance option for the Saucon View community. Resident Shield has made available Renters Insurance to our residents. There is no application, no credit check, and acceptance is guaranteed for residents of Saucon View! Saucon View Apartments is 100% smoke-free. Landlord does not allow smoking of any kind in the apartment or common areas. All apartment buildings are smoke-free.
